Westminster meeting on reducing reoffending for ethnic minorities

house_of_commonsWith government figures showing that young men from black and ethnic monitory communities make up a staggering 40% of the population in youth jails, it is hoped that a parliamentary meeting on reducing reoffending planned for this week will go some way to addressing this issue.
